“Tell me about yourself”
这个问题你练好了嘛？你练的有多好？是否可以随意变换语言词组传达出一个意思达到一个效果？还是稍微忘词就会大翻车？在这个问题中90%只需要传达你对所面试岗位可以做出的贡献就可以了，以及你之前的经历不管跟现任工作有没有共通点？你能把这几个点穿起来就是nb了。不需要说的死板 好玩一点throw in一些轻松的话 让别人听回答要像听故事一样。
【举例1】
低情商: “Im extremely adaptable and willing to take on challenges as well as my ability to thrive under pressure” （凭啥信你？每个人都这么说）
高情商：“I used to work as a journalist and made a pivotal career change into nursing. And I actually never felt happier(这句话给人一种随意的坚定感). Sometimes I see doubts from people because I’m coming from a different industry(主动说出自己经验可能不足的劣势). However, I do see that as my biggest strength, as it makes me like a chameleon with my diverse background to provide culturally competent, patient centered care.（马上转为优势）
90%应该是简单带过以前经验，然后专注在如何转换到新岗位上，剩下10%基本一两句话带过你平时喜欢干嘛。让hr知道你在stress的时候是怎么cope的哈哈
还有几个点
1.你能把别人逗笑吗？
2.问道weakness 的时候你敢说your not a perfectionist么 （因为真的很假）
3.你回答真诚吗？自信吗？自然吗？
